"Heirloom Tomatoes" Original

The Heirloom tomatoes are inspired of the series "Featr" made in their channel, highlighting farmers and the struggle of competing to the market. Lucky we were able to acquire Heirloom Tomatoes ourselves and were able to taste its flavor. With that I made some salted egg with tomatoes, a staple dish in the Philippines. And so this painting was made, to honor the flavor and the story behind a thriving tomato.
